From Canada to Oregon – following the Columbia River to the Pacific looking for warmth…

snowy trees – Canada
Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada
the ferry across Arrow Lake, British Columbia
lonely farm during a snowy drive in Washington
Steamboat Rock near the Grand Coulee Dam, Washington
some friends at our campsite
huddling on an ice floe for warmth?
couldn’t resist this handsome fellow
Frenchman Coulee, Washington – great camp…bit chilly
Matt next to some big rocks
who’s chilly now?
Frenchman Coulee – along the Columbia River
glimpse of Mt Hood at sunset
Matt in his happy place

  1. Looks mighty cold where you are on the Columbia River. I love the stunning bleakness and Matt by the “big stones.” Just a small storm here on Friday, but 2 days ahead now of bitter cold. It looks like you are battling cold too. Covid is frightening us all again as cases increase. Lanios have a new grandson, Jackson, born in early 2022. Quiet here. I am working on the AVIS Update newsletter. Where’s next for you? Coastline? How’s Matt’s mom doing? The Kelly/Lyons are moving soon back to Boston condo as house is being renovated – at least 6 months-will have 5 BR. Keep in touch! Alix
